It has been an exciting journey so far for Drylab Media Tech Group Plc and we at Fortified Advisory have been fortunate to be able to assist on this journey.

We were appointed by Media Tech SPAC (as it was then known) to assist with its strategy to invest into the media and technology sectors, particularly those that are focused on digital technology, new media, production, digital imaging, content distribution, augmented reality, virtual reality, immersive/mixed reality and gaming and interactive entertainment.

In 2021 through to 2022 we worked with the board to negotiate and finalise the purchase of Drylab Media Tech. John was kind enough to take some time out of his busy schedule to discuss his experiences on the transaction and also his work with Fortified Advisory. Thanks to John and the team.
