On 15 December 2022 Smarttech247 Group Plc (“Smarttech247”) had its shares admitted to trading on AIM.
Fortified Advisory was engaged by Smarttech247’s group in May 2021 and has worked with the board and the company on the listing in a corporate advisory and finance services. Fortified Advisory was led by Mark Wheeler.
